Most questions we receive fall into one of five areas: ordering, shipping, sizing, returns and product materials. Everything below is answered from how the store actually operates rather than from a generic template, and all of it applies to orders placed and delivered within Canada.
Ordering and Payment
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every price on the site is quoted in Canadian dollars, and any duties owing are shown at checkout before you pay rather than demanded at your door later.
How does the buy two, get one free offer work?
Add three qualifying items to your cart and the lowest-priced of the three is applied free at checkout. The offer runs across the store while stock lasts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within one to three business days, and once a parcel has been packed and dispatched it cannot be changed.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account does make tracking and returns easier, since your order history and tracking links sit in one place.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Card details are handled by trusted payment processors and are never stored on our own systems.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take in Canada?
Processing takes one to three business days and Canada-wide delivery a further seven to fifteen, so eight to eighteen business days in total.
Do you ship to every province and territory?
Yes, Canada-wide. Remote and northern postal codes can take longer than the standard estimate, and occasionally sit outside it entirely.
When do I receive tracking?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched. The tracking number appears in your account and is emailed to you, and can take up to twenty-four hours to activate with the carrier.
What if my parcel is late?
If it is more than five business days past the top of the estimated range, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Will I be charged duties on delivery?
No. Anything owing is calculated and shown at checkout, so there is nothing to settle when the parcel arrives.
Sizing and Fit
How does the clothing fit?
Relaxed by design across the range. Take your usual size for the intended streetwear drape, size up once for a clearly oversized look, or size down for a closer fit.
Should I size up if I am layering?
Yes, particularly on outerwear. If a hoodie is going under one of the jackets, size the jacket up once so the shoulders and armholes are not restricted.
How do I measure my ring size?
Measure the internal diameter of a ring you already wear and match it to a standard chart. Go half a size up on wide or heavy bands, which sit tighter than slim ones.
What size belt should I order?
Not your trouser size. Measure an existing belt from the buckle prong to the hole you use, or add roughly five centimetres to your trouser waist.
Where do I find sizing for a specific piece?
Each product page lists the sizes currently in stock, and each category page carries fit guidance specific to that type of item.
Products and Materials
What weight is the fleece?
Hoodies sit between three hundred and eighty and four hundred and fifty GSM, and crewneck sweatshirts between three hundred and fifty and four hundred and twenty.
Is the jewellery solid silver?
Yes. Rings, bracelets, necklaces and the wider jewelry range are cast in solid sterling silver with oxidised detailing, not plated over base metal.
Are the graphics printed or embroidered?
Both appear across the range, screen printed or embroidered rather than heat pressed, which is why the edges do not lift after washing.
Will silver tarnish?
All sterling silver darkens over time. A soft polishing cloth restores the shine, and storing pieces dry and away from perfume slows it down considerably.
How do I stop prints cracking?
Wash inside out on cold, skip fabric softener, and dry on low or hang dry. High dryer heat and ironing over a graphic are what cause cracking.
Returns and Refunds
What is the return window?
Thirty days from delivery, on unused items in original condition with tags attached and original packaging included.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?
We confirm approval by email after inspecting the return, then your bank typically takes a further five to ten business days to post the funds.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We replace defective or damaged items directly. For a different size, returning for a refund and reordering is usually faster than waiting on an exchange.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items, opened hosiery, worn footwear without its box, and anything altered after delivery such as a belt with an extra hole punched.
