black chrome heart shirt

A large ornate cross fills the back, drawn entirely in fine white line work rather than filled in. Up close you can follow the detail through the scrollwork; from a distance it reads as one shape. Small banner near the hem. That level of line detail only survives on a dark body, which is why this design exists in black and not in white. Heavy cotton, boxy. S to 4XL.

Why Choose This Product?

Line work puts far less ink on the fabric than a solid block does, and it shows in how the shirt ages. There’s very little ink sitting on the surface, so there’s almost nothing to crack, and the detail rewards a closer look in a way a filled graphic never does. If you find most printed tees a bit blunt, this is the one to try.

Care Instructions

Cold, inside out, with darks. Fine line print is more sensitive to abrasion than to water, so avoid washing it with anything with zips or studs. No softener. Hang dry rather than tumble, and don’t iron across the lines. Black cotton holds its depth if the wash stays cold.

FAQs

Is the cross filled in?
No, it’s line work. Outlined and detailed rather than a solid shape.

How big is it?
Large, filling most of the back panel.

Is the front printed?
No, plain black.

Does line print wear off?
Less than solid print. There’s very little ink to crack.

Why isn’t this on a white shirt?
Fine white line work needs a dark background to read. On white it would disappear.
